Why NovaPay

Connect the tools you already use.

Most operators do not want a new system. They want the card terminal to talk to the till they already run, and the figures to land in the accounts package they already file from.

What integration changes

From keyed amounts to connected systems

No re-keying

The till sends the amount to the terminal, so a mistyped total cannot become a mispriced sale.

Order references carried

Each card transaction carries the order reference, which is what makes a disputed sale traceable later.

Pay at table

Where the till platform supports it, servers pull open bills to the terminal at the table.

Back-office posting

Transaction and settlement data can be posted to accounting and reconciliation tools.

Webhooks and API

Events can be pushed to your own systems for custom workflows and internal dashboards.

One reconciliation

Card-present, online and unattended activity land in Nova Hub together instead of in separate portals.

Process

How compatibility is confirmed

  1. 1

    Name the exact system

Platform, version and any middleware. Two sites running the same brand of till can be on different versions with different capabilities.

  2. 2

    Check the method

We establish which integration method that version supports, and whether it covers the features you need such as pay at table or tipping write-back.

  3. 3

    Agree support boundaries

Who supports the till side, who supports the payment side, and who you contact first. This is agreed before rollout, not during an outage.

  4. 4

    Test before cutover

The integration is tested on the configuration you will actually run, including refunds, before the old setup is switched off.

Placeholder — A named list of supported till, PMS and accounting platforms is published here once confirmed. Until then, compatibility is confirmed in writing for your specific system and version.

Tell us what you run and we will check it

Send the platform and version and we will confirm what is possible in writing before anything is quoted.
