This notice explains what personal data NovaPay processes when you use this website, contact us or hold an account with us.
Data we process
Contact details you give us (name, business, email, phone), correspondence, account and site details, and technical data such as pages requested and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, to prepare and deliver a proposal, to operate and support your account, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to keep this site secure and working.
Payment data
Card data is captured by the payment terminal or hosted checkout and processed by the regulated payment provider named in your agreement. NovaPay does not receive full card numbers through this website.
Sharing
We share data with the regulated payment providers and suppliers necessary to deliver your service, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account records are kept for as long as the account exists and thereafter for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@novapay.ie. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
