Pricing
No price on this site is an offer. Pricing and contract terms for your account are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
Your service contract
Where you hold an account, your contract, merchant agreement and the terms of the regulated payment provider govern the service. Those documents take precedence over this website.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to NovaPay or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
